Sub Contractor Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

If you are successful in becoming a 1300TempFence Sub-contractor, to be eligible for the Gross Income Guarantee of $4,500 and the 5% Bonus Payment the following conditions must be met:

Ready Industries Pty Ltd agrees to provide a Gross Income Guarantee of $4,500.00 incl. GST per week to the sub-contractor. This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The guarantee will be calculated based on an average weekly gross income over a period of six (6) months, beginning on the first day of the Contractor’s engagement with the Ready Industries Pty Ltd.
  2. To be eligible for the guarantee, the Contractor must perform their services in a timely and professional manner, and in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with the following Key Performance Indicators
    1. Must work a minimum of 5 days (8hrs p/day) per week.
    1. Must always have a minimum 2 x man Crew (Operator/Offsider) when working.
    1. Must be available to work 10 x weekends/out of hours during the 6mth Period.
    1. 100% Completion of allocated work per week
    1. 100% completion of iAudits (Completed on Site)
    1. No more than 5 x Incorrect / Inaccurate submission of stock numbers.
    1. No more than 5 x installs without signs fitted.
  3. If, at the end of any week during the six-month period, the Contractor’s gross income falls below $4,500.00 incl GST and less than an average of $4,500.00 Incl GST has been paid in all weeks prior, Ready Industries Pty Ltd will pay the difference to ensure that the Contractor receives the guaranteed income amount. If the Contractor’s gross income exceeds $4,500.00 Incl. GST in any week, this will be considered when calculating the average of previous weeks earnings for the purpose of the

income guarantee.

  • Ready Industries Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate this contract if the Contractor fails to meet the requirements of the agreement or if the Subcontractor is in breach of any of the terms and conditions set forth in this contract and the applicable Contractor Agreement.
  • The income guarantee provided under this clause is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Contractor in the event that the Contractor’s gross income falls below the guaranteed amount.

Ready Industries Pty Ltd agrees to provide a 5% Bonus payment calculated on the total annual gross earnings of the Contractor for services rendered under the Contractor Agreement between both parties. This Bonus Payment is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Bonus Payment will be calculated as 5% of the Contractor’s total annual gross earnings for the twelve (12) month period, beginning on July 1st 2023 to June 30th 2024.
  2. To be eligible for the bonus payment, the Contractor must still be actively working for Ready Industries Pty Ltd at the end of the financial year, June 30th, 2024.
  3. If the Contractor has stopped working for Ready Industries Pty Ltd prior to this date, they will not be eligible for any bonus payment under this clause.
  4. The Contractor must perform their services in a timely and professional manner, and in accordance with the following Key Performance Indicators
    1. Must always have a minimum 2 x man Crew (Operator/Offsider) when working.
    1. Must be available to work 20 x weekends/out of hours during the 12mth Period.
    1. Weekly put-overs to be 20% or lower
    1. Monthly Put-overs to be 10% or lower
    1. 100% completion of iAudits (Completed on Site)
    1. No more than 5 x Incorrect / Inaccurate submission of stock numbers.
    1. No more than 5 x installs without signs fitted.
  5. Ready Industries Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate this contract if the Contractor fails to meet the requirements of the agreement or if the Contractor is in breach of any of the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
